FAQ

  1. Booking & Cancellation
    Parties at PandiePlay must be reserved in advance. Your booking is only confirmed once the (down) payment has been received. Need to cancel? That’s possible free of charge up to 7 days before the party date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

  2. Age & Number of Guests
    Our playroom parties are specially designed for children aged 0–5 years. The total number of attendees, including both children and adults, may not exceed 40 people.

  3. Party Duration
    A standard party lasts 2 hours. If you’d like to extend your celebration, additional hours can be added for 100 USD per hour.

  4. Cleanup & Damages
    We handle basic cleanup after the party. We kindly ask that the space be left tidy. Any damages or excessive cleaning costs will be charged accordingly.

  5. Food & Drinks
    We partner with Pizza Hut, and food and drinks are included in our party packages. Prefer to bring your own snacks, food, or cake? That’s allowed — we just ask that you clean up any leftovers and dispose of all trash properly afterward.

  6. Extra Activities
    You can add extra activities per child to make the party even more fun! Please note that most craft activities are best suited for children aged 4–5 years.

  7. Decorations
    You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, as long as nothing is taped, glued, or nailed to the walls or pillars. One balloon backdrop is allowed, but no additional décor may be placed inside the playroom. Large items such as tents, bounce houses, or rides (like trains) are not permitted on the premises.

  8. Music
    We provide a music box, and you’re welcome to connect your own playlist to it.

  9. Deposit
    A refundable deposit of 100 USD is required for all parties. This deposit will be returned in full if the space is left clean and undamaged.

  10. Behavior Rules
    Parents or guardians are always responsible for supervising children during the party. Rough play or damage to property is not allowed to ensure safety and fun for everyone.

  11. Photos
    We occasionally take atmosphere photos during parties for our social media channels. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.
